Congress Kit and Name Badge
Upon registration you will receive a Congress kit that includes the printed material of the Congress and your name badge. Please wear your name badge at all times during the Congress and to all official Congress events.
The weather in London in October tends to be cool and wet. However, regardless of the weather, visiting London is always a good idea as most of the tourist attractions are open all year round.
Afternoon temperatures early in the month are approximately 17-18°C falling to approximately 13-14°C by the end of the month.
Afternoon temperatures can on some occasions reach 32-23°C. Overnight low temperatures run mostly near 10°C early in the month to approximately 7-8°C towards the end of this month.

Transportation from Airport to Congress Venue
Hilton London Wembley is just a seven minute walk from Wembley Park tube station on the Metropolitan and Jubilee Lines. Reach Baker Street for Regents Park and Madam Tussauds in just two stops or travel to Bond Street for shopping in only 19 minutes. Wembley Stadium station is only a five minute walk from the hotel; from here it’s just one stop to London Marylebone, close to Regents Park and the Sherlock Holmes Museum.

Participants from certain countries may require a visa in order to travel to the United Kingdon. Participants are requested to check with their local British Consulate/Embassy well in advance of their travel date. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa as necessary.
